Smoothie Time!!

We still have strawberries from last harvest for our smoothies! After picking yours this season, freeze a bunch to enjoy all year.


*To freeze, lay strawberries out in a single layer on a pan and freeze overnight. Package them in the morning. This way they are always easy to use!



Spruce Glade Farm Strawberry Smoothie Recipe


  • 6-8 Frozen Spruce Glade Farm Strawberries

  • 2/3 of a Frozen Banana

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt

  • 2-3 Medjool Dates

  • Milk



Place strawberries, banana, yogurt, and dates, in a blender smoothie cup. Add milk, leaving some room. Blend till smooth. Add more milk if needed. Enjoy in the sunshine on a warm morning!

*single serving



Optional Add-ins:


  • Whey Protein Powder

  • Peanut Butter

  • Oatmeal
